in Christ we have hope!

 

The Bible equips us with the tools to be victorious! We are called to renew our souls and minds according to God’s word.  Let's dive into the context and framework that the Bible gives us for mental health.

WEEK 2: Battle Anxiety by Renewing our Mind 

Anxiety is real, and we struggle with it. God wants us to bring our worries and anxieties to Him. God understands this is our natural human reaction. In His goodness, He made this promise to us,

“The peace of God that surpasses all understanding will protect your mind in Christ Jesus”.

WEEK 3: Depression and the Age of Loneliness 

The disciples experienced a deep depression after Jesus' death.  Before ascending to heaven, He gave them a powerful promise to beat depression.

He promised that He would never leave them alone.  That promise is still true for us. He will be with us, even until the end of the days.
