God’s Call
Music is one of the many blessings God has given mankind to express himself and worship HIM. At New Hope we strive to lead people in worshiping our LORD through music in a sincere and expressive way. GOD deserves all our praise through our vocals and instruments. The Music Ministry is led by Gheorghe Rosca, whose desire is to mentor and train those called to serve the LORD through music. Here are the ways you can get involved if you feel God’s calling…
Worship Team: If you feel that God has called you to lead people in worship through vocal or instrument, please contact Gheorghe Rosca, Christina Antemie or Silvica Rosca. The worship team meets every Tuesday night @ 8:30PM for practice.
New Hope Praise!: If you enjoy singing and would like to join the our choir, practice is every Tuesday night @ 7:00. Contact Christina Antemie, Silvica Rosca or Gelu Lupascu for more information. We sing uplifting songs of all genres of music for the Glory of our Almight God!
The greatest joy a soul can experience is the joy of having the burden of sin lifted away by our Savior Jesus Christ. Any Christian that has experienced this joy is called to share and proclaim it. We are called to express this joy through a lifestyle that honors God and through actions that have as scope the desire to see others experience this joy. This joy of forgiveness and love comes as a result of accepting the free gift of salvation and believing in the One and only Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We at New Hope love doing this and have answered the call of the great commission. We created a special department where together we learn and find ways to proclaim the Good News. Be it mission trips, feeding the hungry (physically and spiritually), organizing park events, or visiting the sick, we do it all with joy and for the glory of God.

We learn from God’s word and worship through songs and prayer

SERVING:
We visit the sick & elderly and participate with the Evangelism Department’s activities.
FELLOWSHIP & UNITY:
We also make time to get to know each other as people and become friends.
We have regular TGIFs (hang out nights) and you can find us almost every Sunday night having fun at the plaza at Chapman and State College.
